So, what makes a NY Pizza authentic?

The crust should be thin and flexible so that you are able to fold the pizza without braking the slice, while still being crispy. The dough should have a nice amount of chew to it and you should be able to take a bite without all the cheese and topping falling into your lap.

Tienen sitio para comer en el restaurante?

Si! Disponemos de un salón para 26 personas y una terraza para 8.

Puedo pedir la pizza XL a domicilio?

Por ahora no. Hace años buscamos una empresa de delivery que pueda llevar nuestras pizzas, pero a ninguna le caben en la caja de los repartidores. Puedes pedirla por telefono y pasar a recogerla, o probarla recién salida del horno como lo recomendamos!

Que tan grande es la pizza grande?

Es una pizza que va en una caja de 47x47cm, se pueden pedir en 2 mitades diferentes y la recomendamos para 2 personas.
